This was one of the few times I've had a car rental go exactly how I would hope. Whole process was quick. I think her name was TJ, but she was very kind and helpful. So was the manager, who helped her out briefly since it was only her second day. I received a complimentary upgrade since my vehicle wasn't available and at the end of my rental I had no surprise charges. I declined prepaid gas and coverage because filling up before returning was cheaper option and my AMEX covers incidentals. I've personally had issues with rentals in the past when using third party... always found using the actual company website has made things easier.
