I didn't get the train tickets to Toledo so Sixt was my plan B. They were unexpectedly reliable in the whole process (except the poorly designed sign in the station which is not their fault). There was some availability issue for the automatic car I booked just 10 mins ago, but the lady assured me that she would take care of it and she did. I got my invoice back today and it was exactly what I saw on the website. No hussle!
