Sury one of the supervisor at sixt rent a car was very nice to me and treated me with kindness. She cares for customers and value their business. She was very respectful even after I told her my experience with one of employee, I would definitely go back to sixt because of Sury .👍

Great and quick service. They pick up us from the airport. When we arrived at the location, the paperwork was waiting for us. They had nice and airy waiting area and cold water. The service was great. We do pay an extra $45 per day for full coverage because our usa insurance did not have coverage in PR. So check with your insurance before you go. Also, get your insurance policy number with you. Why not 5 stars... the car that we got was small, not that bad, clean but the lights socks. That made driving in the night almost impossible. Definitely will rent again from them.
