You will receive your rental car at the SIXT branch. This is located at the Konstablerwache and at the beginning of the Zeil, directly at the WESTIN GRAND HOTEL FRANKFURT.

By car

Coming from the south: Take Kennedyallee from the direction of the airport and drive north along the extension of Walter-Kolb-Straße. After the bridge over the Main River, continue straight ahead along Kurt-Schuhmacher-Straße and Konrad Adenauer Straße until you reach the intersection of Bleichstrasse and Seilstrasse. At the traffic light, get in line to turn left and follow Konrad-Adenauer-Straße until you reach the entrance to the Westin Grand Hotel on the right. Coming from the north: Continue on Friedberger Landstrasse from the direction of the A 661 onto Konrad Adenauer Strasse and turn right after about 500 meters into the hotel entrance WESTIN GRAND HOTEL. At the corner of Kleine Friedberger Straße you will find the SIXT branch.

By public transportation

You can use all suburban train lines and underground lines to the stop 'Konstablerwache'. From there walk north, past Elektrohaus Conrad, along Konrad Adenauer Straße to the WESTIN GRAND HOTEL.

Public parking spaces are available in the car park from the court (Parkhaus am Gericht Frankfurt), Klapperfeldstr. 8, 60313 Frankfurt am Main. Please note that there is no customer parking area at the SIXT branch.

Picking up a car from Sixt Frankfurt/Main City Centre was a breeze—just hop on a tram, and you are there! I had booked an automatic Seat Leon Estate, but surprise! I got a Peugeot instead. No biggie—it’s still roomy enough for my family and luggage. Then came the twist: it was a manual. My skills in driving stick? Rusty at best. Turns out, all the automatics were gone. But the Sixt staff came to the rescue with an upgrade to a shiny, brand-new Volvo S90 with just 11 km on the odometer. Talk about an upgrade! Sure, I had to leave a couple of bags at the hotel (sedan life), but cruising in that Volvo? Totally worth it. Returning the car was an adventure. No Sixt logos anywhere in the parking lot—it felt like a treasure hunt. I had to trek back to the office for directions, where they handed me a flyer like I was joining a scavenger hunt. After parking on the 5th floor and dropping the key in the ground-level safe, I was finally done. Overall, great service, a sweet car, and a staff that knows how to turn lemons into luxury. Highly recommend!

Great service! Had some issue with the car we're supposed to take, but Sixt taken responsibility promptly and upgrade us with better car with no extra charge and no hassle what so ever. The waiting room is very cozy with coffee maker and some car ride-on for children to play with while waiting. Returning the car also very smooth. Everything was great!

One of the best employees that sixt has is in this branch and his Name is Kamyab Eftekhari, i had a lot of problems and mistreatment from a lot of branches of sixt around germany and he was the only one to actually help me and offer me a reasonable solution and he was really polite and understanding and very helpful, i hope he trains the other employees on how to treat customers👍
