Recently returned my car rental (pickup in Munich) here after a 2 week road trip through Germany. Drop off was prompt and efficient, a quick check followed by digital signoff and final invoice with deposit reversal was instant. Please note the return location is the shared parking garage with Hilton in the narrow street behind the hotel. Very convenient location in the heart if the city.

I rented a vehicle in a category that could be a BMW 3 series, Mercedes C-class or Audi A4, they gave me a Chinese car "Link and Co O1", a SUV, I got completely disappointing, but after a complain they changed the car and give a me upgrade for a sedan, BMW 5 series, the employees are very polite, the company solved this problem quickly and easily
