I had a wonderful experience, although I seen other reviews with negative comments, I was hesitant at first. My flight arrived late at 20:30, so I was initially worried about the rental center’s hours. However, upon arrival, everything went smoothly. I had mapped out the location in advance to ensure I knew where to go—the rental center is conveniently located just outside the terminal in the parking lot, and Google Maps made it easy to find.
The agent who assisted me was exceptionally kind and efficient, quickly getting us into our vehicle. Despite not speaking French, there were no communication issues as she spoke both English and Spanish fluently. The car itself was spotless and felt almost brand new. Based on this positive experience, I’d definitely rent from Sixt again.
