As a tired traveler who arrived at Sixt on a really hot day, I was welcomed with a bottle of iced water by a very polite, friendly, and helpful crew. My car was impeccable, brand new, with the latest electronics, a definite step up from the Fiat 500 I had reserved. Excellent personal service from this agency, especially from Tatiana. Everything went really smoothly. The only criticism I have is that it is hard to reach them by phone (I wasn’t able to speak directly to the Chalon Sur Saone agency, and even though they gave me their card to email them, they never responded to my mails).
