Very professional staff, many languages represented. On Site garage. If you fly into Lyon, Do yourself a favor and catch a ride to this location. It is a 20min ride, but worth dealing with professionals because in my experience the staff at airport locations are not up to snuff. (and this is true for all vendors). You can also rent moving vans, trucks with lift gates, ect.
