Awesome customer service. I hired the electric kia and was running out of batteries on the way back to Mildura from Renmark, but when I called into the office, Lisa went above and beyond to assist me. With her instructions, I was able to make it to the charging station in time without having to call out driver assist.

Fantastic customer service.
Arrived to airport to collect a truck booked with another company, but they weren't at their kiosk, or answering the phone or email. Very frustrating as I booked the truck to move house that day.
Sixt kiosk manned by a great bloke and he asked if he could help me, I drove away with a Sixt truck 10 minutes later that cost me $70 less for the same thing I had booked at Hertz. Big win!
