I have used SIXT Car and Truck hire in Penrith a few times now and each time I have received outstanding customer service.
Each person that I have dealt with has been friendly and polite as well as efficient.

Gary is AMAZING! This young man is all about going above and beyond any expectations. He is polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in all areas of his work.
From the very first moment Gary was attentive and eager to assist with genuine interest in all my hiring needs from beginning to end. Upon needing to extend my hire Gary arranged everything over the phone without a hitch ensuring that I remained trouble and stress free.

Vehicles are good, customer service at Penrith is excellent (Adam, that’s you), national reservations is difficult to get through to and hard to understand.
Adam was incredibly helpful and has made a difficult moving experience much, much easier. Thank you!
