Catching a Tram there are two options:
The 96 Tram from Southern Cross Station to St Kilda you need to disembark at tram stop 126 (City Road) and walk in a southerly direction to City Road, cross at the lights, turn right into Montague Street and the left into Thistlethwaite St. The walk is approximately 650m and will take about 7 mins.
The 1 Tram from Flinders Street Station is destined for South Melbourne Beach. You need to get off at tram stop 127 which is Montague and Park St. Stay on Montague St which is a north westerly direction and turn left into Thistlethwaite St. It's a 750m walk which should take about 8 mins.
